  Jami Carr serves as President of FrameTX, where he leads construction strategy and oversees execution across residential and commercial projects.

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Jami has built his career from the ground up — gaining hands-on experience in field operations, project management, and leadership. His background spans ground-up residential builds, commercial spaces, and large-scale amenity centers.

In addition to his role at FrameTX, Jami serves as Director of Commercial and Amenity Construction for AHV Communities, helping guide the planning and delivery of community-focused spaces across multiple markets.

Earlier in his career, Jami founded Carr2Casa, his own remodeling company, where he developed a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail — values that continue to shape his approach today.

 Gene Kim serves as a Principal of FrameTX and is a Co-Founder of AHV Communities.

Throughout his career, Gene has focused on investment strategy, capital formation, and long-term portfolio performance. He has helped guide the growth of a multi-market residential platform delivering more than 4,000 homes and overseeing approximately $2 billion in assets under management. His approach combines disciplined underwriting with operational awareness — ensuring projects are structured for stability and long-term performance.

Gene’s involvement with FrameTX reflects his belief that execution quality directly impacts long-term value. After years of evaluating construction performance from the investment side, he saw the importance of supporting a platform built around accountability, clarity, and measurable results. FrameTX operates independently, but with the same diligent mindset that has guided his career.

 Mark Wolf serves as a Principal of FrameTX and is the Founder of AHV Communities.

Over the course of his career, Mark has led the development and delivery of more than 4,000 residential homes across multiple markets, building through shifting economic cycles with a disciplined, data-driven approach. His background spans acquisitions, capital structuring, and ground-up construction — with a consistent focus on efficiency, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Mark’s decision to serve as a Principal of FrameTX reflects his belief that strong projects are defined not only by vision, but by execution. After years of working alongside builders and operators, he recognized the value of a construction platform grounded in alignment, accountability, and long-term thinking.
